Taoist Do-In (Warm up) Posture Exercises

In the Taoist Do-In warm up posture exercises, participants experience movement through a series of postures designed for gentle to moderate restorative, invigorating, clearing,  and stimulating chi building for improving overall balance of the body's meridians, energy channels and 5 elements system which improves overall health.

In this first level series of warm up postures, the sequence of transitioning movements from their tension to relaxation states assists in facilitating the focusing of chi flow in an order optimal for addressing stored energetic charges, resistances and impediments in the body's meridian, and energy channels which then assists in flushing and purging of the associated organs, fascia and joints releasing them from the body and in time the consciousness.

At the end of the approximately 30 - 45 minute  warm up posture exercises, participants are guided through a 20 minute savasana (lying down) detachment and energy gathering process.
