Awakening the True Self

We all have an inner concept of the idea of "True Self" to some degree. We see it as our greatest potential, and as an experience of holistic integration, characterized by deep peace. When we imagine living from this state of consciousness, we see ourselves as experiencing a deep and fluid connection to the parts of us that seem separate -- the mind, body, emotions and spirit. We see that it is possible to be here as humans and tangibly feel this connection to internal and external "oneness" where things feel perfectly balanced. However, many of us don't realistically know how to bring this internal oneness into practice in our daily lives but yet we still yearn for this place of stillness within us.

If we follow this yearning for inner integration, it can lead us exactly to what we need to see within ourselves. It is only our beliefs, stories, unhealed and unrecognized wounds that constrict and contract us and leave us feeling disconnected from the Universe around us as well as from the core wisdom of our own higher consciousness. Once we commit ourselves to a path of deep inner work, we can begin to untangle the threads that have kept us bound.

This workshop utilizes 5 key principles to help us better understand the True Self and how we can shift our perspective from the small self to the Big, or True Self. The workshop is about building a foundation within ourselves, step by step, for the inner marriage of the small and Big selves. In building the foundation however, we have to start at the ground level first.

Within spiritual training, many people misunderstand that the body is not an important part of the process when, in fact, it is the foundational level. Thus, the workshop will provide tools to help participants connect with the physical body and the subtle energy system that is connected to the body. This work creates doorways that lead to deeper levels of work within the heart (emotional body) and the mind (mental body). As these three levels begin opening through this work, a deep integration process happens. The result of this integration process is a profound and solid connection with consciousness itself -- the True Self that has been there all along but whose "voice" has not been heard.

The workshop is a combination of lecture, meditation, body and energy work, healing work, and experiential exercises. With this powerful work, Ron helps students learn to navigate their challenges with more ease, heal their emotional blockages, bring more joy into their lives, and uncover a strong, permanent relationship with their Higher Selves.

Some physical activity is included in this workshop including gentle exercises, breath work, and stretches. Anyone at any level of fitness can participate (even those with physical restrictions) because the physical work, while an important part of the training, is not the focus and can be adapted to anyone.

Various versions of this workshop have been given all over the world from Asia, the USA, and Europe. Some of the foundational exercises in this workshop continue to be used by our graduates for years after the workshop ends and are considered life tools that are an important part of the spiritual tool box, so to speak.
