About Ronald Holt
Like many people, Ron grew up in a painful and dysfunctional atmosphere that eventually helped him to recognize how his own challenges were reflections of his painful past. Over time, he sought out healing for the painful issues that repeated in his life and relationships. His search, however, was primarily not in the outer world but through the inner one. Beginning in the 1970s, his meditation practice began to show him the road that led to his healing. Over time, the Universe would send him teachers to help him move to the next level. This led him to in-depth practice and study in a number of areas including martial arts, meditation, Taoist yoga and philosophy, sacred geometry, Hatha yoga, and much more. Each of these areas helped him to create tools for his "spiritual tool box" so to speak, that he could use in his own healing and awakening process as well as to help others. At each stage of his growth there were always tests to see if he could apply the tools with integrity and authenticity.
One of the biggest tests was the experience of a long "dark night of the soul" that lasted about 9 years. Through those 9 years, he learned how to use the tools in his tool box in new ways. Most of us have had the experience of going to a workshop or reading a book that inspires us greatly, but then we return to our lives and can't seem to apply what we've learned in the face of our repeating challenges. Ron was dedicated and disciplined in applying all the tools given to him by Spirit and others to truly transform himself and his life. He began to see, with help from the Universe, that there was a missing piece and that affected the foundation of our understanding of spirituality and how to apply it. Without this missing piece, holistic integration isn't possible. (His Quantum Navigation work explores this missing piece.) He began to test this new discovery on himself and close friends, in order to refine his understanding. Every single thing shared by Ron in his workshops and private sessions comes from his own experience rather than books. Because of this, the guidance he can offer is paradoxically both profound and simple.
Ron has designed his workshops, special journeys, and sessions based on his discoveries of what works in personal transformation. There is no magic button or quick fix in spirituality. Our transformation requires dedication, patience, and humility and because of this, the responsibility is squarely on us to do the inner work. Ron's goal in his work is to help individuals experience self-sufficiency in their awakening process. He wishes to help students see that no one outside of them has the power to transform them, including Ron. He is merely a guide pointing to a road that he has traveled himself. Students have found Ron to be an unconditionally-loving and patient guide who always helps them to see themselves and move to the next level of their awakening.

Some Background
Ron's diverse background includes time in the US Navy in the 1970s, before that he practiced martial arts from age 14 which is when his meditation practice began. Growing up in a military family he learned to appreciate the Earth's power spots at a young age, while living as a child in both Greece and Japan. In the 1980s he worked as an archaeologist, specializing in Polynesian marine and field archaeology and working for the prestigious Bishop Museum in Honolulu. This was a special time because it was then that his connection with indigenous cultures began, through his work with the Hawaiian kahunas during his archaeology projects. These projects also took him to Rota, Guam, Saipan, and Tinian, which further connected him to indigenous culture and spirituality practices. Living now in Arizona, Ron's indigenous connection has expanded to include his work with Navajo medicine man Dr. Jeremy Crank who is based in Monument Valley. Ron often assists with Navajo ceremonies and, together with Jeremy Crank, often offers southwest tours that include an authentic Navajo experience.
In 2001, Ron completed his training as an instructor in Taoist yoga practices (Korean style) and excelled in what is called "Hard Training" through a nine-year intensive that, using yogic principles, results in the burning away of old patterns and beliefs. This practice also included several trips to monasteries in S. Korea for training and practice. In 2007, Ron also completed his instructor training in Hatha yoga at the 500-hour master level.
Perhaps what Ron is most known for is serving as the Director of Flower of Life Research from 1997-2013. Flower of Life Research's work was focused on teaching the core principles of sacred geometry and its relationship to consciousness. In that capacity, he and his wife Lyssa created 6- and 7-day retreat workshops that deeply explored this theme. (These workshops were called Seed of Life Levels 1 and 2 and also the Octa Workshop). These retreats were held all over the world including the USA, Mexico, Canada, Russia, Japan, Germany, the UK, and Italy.
Whether in workshops, southwest journeys, or private sessions, Ronald Holt holds a gentle and sincere space in his trainings. His passion is consciousness and the interface of consciousness with Earth's power spots. Having worked with wife Lyssa Royal Holt since 1994, her cosmic connections also influence his work as well. Through the dedication of the major part of his life as a spiritual facilitator, his wisdom in these areas is tangible. He engages from a place of authenticity and integrity, walks his talk, and freely shares his wisdom with those who are sincere seekers.
